Belleview Station is a mixed-use project including a hotel, offices and ground floor retail directly across from the Belleview light rail station. The ground level design creates an exciting entry experience for both automobiles and pedestrians. Pedestrian traveling from the light rail have a direct route to the project entry with generous enhance paving. The on-structure landscape takes cues conceptually from the dramatic silhouette of the mountain horizon – creating topography to not only gain soil depth for planting but create a sculptural and dynamic presence across the site. The landforms create a sense of arrival and brand expression as well as create spaces for outdoor dining. The hotel offers an amenity deck with a pool and cabanas. The amenity deck also contains a flexible event space with bar and lounge seating.
