Jagatpur is a concept design master plan on 260 acres of land located about three km north and west of the historic center of Ahmedabad. The landscape and open space typologies focused on social and environmental sustainability and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. The team implemented strategies for stormwater management utilizing tools such as rain gardens, bioretention tree wells, bioretention planters and seasonal water features for improved water quality and public amenity. The highlights of the plan include an 11 acre central park and 3 acre urban plazas.
