The pocket park at 1230 Olive is a community space adjacent to the project that is intended to be a small respite space for residents, neighbors and passersby. Weathered steel planters define the park space and are planted with sculptural succulent plants with a variety of colors and textures. Palo verde trees provide shade and dappled light in the park space. The small park has a variety of seating options and wood decking and details to create warmth in the space.
